Do you offer full detailing services?
We do not do full details, but we do offer interior and exterior cleaning, as well as a quick wax and some trim and leather conditioning. We recommend Yarletts Auto Detailing, which operates out of the shop on our property. Call or text (931)307-1363 to book an appointment.
I stopped by during regular business hours, and no one was there. What was going on?
On days when it rains (even if it isn’t currently raining) or looks like it might rain, we may have to close, depending on how slow business is that day. We are also closed when the weather drops below freezing, and occasionally for maintenance and repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please feel free to call us before you come, or check our Facebook and Instagram pages for updates on unscheduled closures.
Do you have a Monthly Membership program?
Our monthly membership program will be ending on September 1, 2023. This was a new venture for us that we've tested over the last year. While many aspects of the app and membership program were great, the use of an app slowed down communication and made it difficult for us to serve our customers in a timely manner. Therefore, we will be scrapping this program for the time being.
What size vehicles can you take?
We can accept vehicles up to these dimensions:
Total vehicle height: 80”
Single tire width (tire wall to tire wall): 13”
Total vehicle width (outside tire wall to outside tire wall): 81.5”
Does your wash have brushes that might scratch my paint?
Our brushes are made of a soft cloth and have no bristles, so they are very gentle on the paint. If you have concerns about the texture of the brushes, we’d be happy to walk you through the tunnel and let you feel them for yourself!
